My name is Gary Matthews and I am a full-time vocal/guitar entertainer.
I am based in Southampton Hampshire, and I have been performing on and around the South Coast for over 30 years.

Material.

Working from a large repertoire of over 1000 songs spanning over a period of 1920's to present day, (including 274 Number 1's from the 1950's to 2000's). Covering a wide variety of musical tastes including Pop, Country, Rockn'Roll, Standards, M.O.R, Singalongs and requests.

Equipment.

I use the latest top of the range Bose L1 Model II sound system with Tonematch P.A., Gibson Electric guitar, Shure SM58 and top quality backing tracks played through a laptop computer. This allows me to supply superb sound and vocal entertainment for any clients requirement. Also full Public Liability insurance cover in place.

Venues.

Currently playing most weekends in local clubs and Hotels I also perform for many Private venues (Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Masonic Lodges and Functions etc). During the week I entertain regular hour performances (normally 2-3 a day) for many Private venues performing over 500 daytime gigs yearly.
